Established private practice in Palm Desert is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Associate to join our team, with an initial focus on providing therapy services at an elementary school with which we are contracted.

This position is ideal for an associate who genuinely loves working with children, understands school-based systems, and values high-quality supervision and ethical practice. The role begins with approximately 12 hours per week in an on-site elementary school setting, with the opportunity to expand into seeing a variety of clients (children, teens, adults, and couples) in the private practice office as the role grows.
This position is a strong fit for someone who:
• Is a registered AMFT in California
• Truly enjoys and feels called to work with elementary-aged children
• Is warm, patient, emotionally attuned, and dependable
• Has reliable transportation and is able to commute to the school site
