Refunds/Grievances/ADA Policy

Refunds
Cancellations for a refund can be made by leaving a message at 760-346-4606, no later than 3 days prior to the event by 6 PM. A refund less $5.00 processing fee will be returned to you. There are no refunds for cancellations made past this time.

Grievances
The chapter allows registrants/attendees to file a grievance concerning a continuing education course for up to three (3) months after the date of the course.  The Chapter wil respond within 72 hours of receipt of the grievance notification.  Notification must be made using email to the Event Chair or the President of the Chapter at 760-346-0646 or carolteitelbaum@yahoo.com.

ADA Policy
The Chapter provides for ADA accommodations.  If you have any special needs or accommodations, please call Carol Teitelbaum at 760-346-0646.
The Chapter require 21 days notice to arrange ADA accommodations.The Chapter require 72 hours written cancellation of any ADA accommodations requested. 
If these requirements are not met we cannot guarantee the requested accommodations.
Closed meetings, such as board meetings and retreats, which are not open to the public, come under the ADA private club exemption per CAMFT.  The events we are required by law to accommodate are those open to the public, non-members   (luncheons and workshops).
Accommodations are to be reasonable for both parties. This may include interpreters, note takers, or other accommodations as the budget allows.

Course Completion 
Course completion certificates will be awarded at the end of the program to those attendees who sign-in within 10 minutes of the commencement of the program, sign-out after the program is concluded and complete and return an evaluation form.
