This presentation details what to expect when a therapist is called to provide testimony at a deposition in their professional capacity.
Educational Goals
Participants will gain a greater understanding of the legal and ethical obligations surrounding attendance at a deposition. Participants will also learn what the deposition itself might be like.

Completion certificates will be awarded for full attendance of the event. Course evaluations are required to obtain the completion certificate. Desert CAMFT is approved by the California Association of Marriage Family Therapists (Provider #62275) to sponsor continuing education for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs. Desert CAMFT maintains responsibility for the course and its content.
