Wanda Garner has had extensive training and supervision in Emotionally Focused Therapy with Sue Johnson and major EFT trainers and has been certified in HMT therapy since 2009. Additionally she became an Emotionally Focused Therapy Supervisor certified supervisor in 2011. Additionally, she is a Level lll AEDP therapist with extensive training and supervision in AEDP for Couples. After 20 years in private practice she closed her practice to travel and to be with her grandchildren for longer periods of time.  She now focuses on facilitating Hold Me Tight® workshops twice a year in San Diego and once a year in the Palm Springs Area. I also facilitate Hold Me Tight® workshops at UCSD Moores Cancer Center in La Jolla, CA for their patients.
